Oct 04,2022Ordered Welsh flag for event & the timescale was tight & on the margins of stated delivery times, so contacted to ask whether it could be delivered in time & received prompt friendly reply & flag was delivered next day. Ordered the heavier duty polyester & flag is good quality & print colours are vivid. Excellent experience & will recommend & use again. Diolch yn fawr.

Oct 01,2022I have used Mr Flag many times. This time the wrong flag was delivered. I contacted the company that evening by email and got a reply next morning. Two days later I received the right flag and a prepaid bag to return the wrong flag. Very good service will continue to use Mr Flag. 👍
