Firstly in a rush I ordered the wrong size, as soon as I realised I called Flatspot and spoke to Sarah who was lovely! and this was rectified immediately with an email to confirm. I then had an issue with DHL's delivery even though it wasn't the fault of Flatspot they contacted DHL on my behalf and had my order redelivered the next day and asked DHL to contact me beforehand and also refunded my delivery cost as a good will jesture. Amazing customer service, I wil definitely be recommending this company and will be ordering again soon. Thanks Again
