Nov 13,2024I ordered a Carhartt jacket from this store and got it delivered the next working day by DHL express. But, unfortunately it had a minor issue (or maybe it was just I). I requested for an exchange and sent the jacket using their self-serviced Royal Mail Tracked free returns. Once they got my return that took 3 days to reach them, my exchange for the same jacket was delivered to me in 2-3 working days. My communications with their customer support has been excellent. They kindly answered my nervous first time shopper questions and processed my exchange request swiftly. I would definitely buy from them again.
