Feb 14,2025Easy to use website and they had everything I wanted to order. Despatch was quick. The scheduled delivery was meant to be the next day, but DHL failed to deliver. The parcel arrived the following day. No fault of Flatspot. The parcel arrived in good condition and the trainers I ordered were undamaged as was the shoe box. Overall, a good experience and I will be using them again

Feb 14,2025I have still not recieced my parcel. It is being held at the depot for no reason. I had missed the first delivery as i live in a block of flats and the delivery driver made no attempt to notify he was here, he just left. I then changed the delivery to a pick up point but they say they cant send it to a pick up point, i then changed the delivery date until today (14/02/25) on their website and now they are saying they are holding the parcel. Im guessing they want me to pay more money maybe. Please rectify this.
