The experience has always been fantastic, right from the start the staff are friendly and attentive, and very helpful. Initially it was the first time I had put a property on the rental market and they made the whole experience very comfortable and easy. They keep you informed at every step of the way, and have always provided me with sound advice. They have always found the right tenant for the property in a remarkably quick time, even achieving this in the current very difficult rental climate. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Feb 04,2021We have recently handed the property we rented back to Fleetmilne, the process took a little longer than we expected as there was some confusion regarding the status of the property when we moved in (there was no deep clean due to the first lockdown). Once this had been sorted our deposit was paid promptly and in full. All the staff have been courteous & helpful. I would recommend this company to any prospective renters out there. A big thankyou to all the staff.

The sale was successfully managed by Alex, who resolved a number of issues and managed to source a buyer during the national lockdown. A great effort given the circumstances. I have always found the FM team to be very responsive throughout the process and each possess a real can-do attitude. I would gladly recommend to friends and family.

No vacant periods, as one moved out FleetMilne ensured another, carefully vetted tenant moved in. Fees were always competitive and represented good value.
