Feb 19,2025It is an awful company. The website is very unstable and would make you redo most of the trainings for 3-4 times even if it said that i scored 100%

Jan 16,2025Has to be worst set of courses I've had the misfortune to use! Constantly crashes. I've had to re do courses and retake the tests because it's crashed at the time I've finished or in the middle of the course. You can't pause or go out of a course once you start as it takes you right back to the beginning. Total waste of time and effort. I've wasted more time trying to complete these than I have actually done any leaning.....and as I've got over 40 of them to get through. Im just dreading the rest......beyond painful!!! Don't even get me started on their 'friendly reminders' either!

Nov 05,2024I attended a train the trainer moving and handling online session with Trainer Matthew Kindell, it was really well laid out. The trainer new his stuff and delivered it well to us, made us feel part of the training and very welcoming and at ease.

Sep 20,2024Lots of reviews about the training experience of employees but if you're an employer looking for a training company, be mindful about training companies such as these. When you engage the services some claim you were in a verbal contract with them when you bought the product even though nothing of such was agreed. For Flexebee, you can't cancel the training mid way in the year if for instance you were not happy with something. They stick you in a contract that was never signed so buyer beware! That's why I have given 2 stars.

Aug 06,2024We found a link about the trainings offered by Flexebee and CM happened to pick up and from there he offered a demo which was perfect. As much i was busy as manager it was impossible for him to get hold of me. One would argue he is a salesperson but he goes well beyond his role to reach out and explain over and over again. Flexebee are lucky to have him but would only believe they have been good employers considering how dedicated he is. We are looking forward to starting the trainings. Will give feedback on that later.

Jan 26,2024We are a social care provider, and chose this company based on endorsement from Skills for Care. We have found the course content to be limited, with staff reporting they felt information was missing from some courses; a lack of further clarification on some topics; assessments for courses had mistakes so incorrect answers have to be added to pass; the assessment questions not matching the course content; there are spelling and grammatical errors; some of the courses use AI to read what's on the screen which is monotonous, difficult to follow, and sometimes not matching what is on the display. They have not been any help in trying to resolve my complaints, they advised me to email them every time I found an error, which I feel I shouldn't have to do if paying for a service.

Matt made us all feel comfortable delivering training in front of strangers can be quite daunting but as a group we all did well thanks to Matt and his training techniques. Thank you
