Nov 02,2022I have a serious disability and thought the boots I ordered were fit for purpose. The boots arrived well packaged and looked like they would be just what I was looking for. Sadly, they did not fit as required. I contacted the company and explained the situation and they were very helpful. I also have a pair of the thick socks which are excellent. I would certainly recommend the company for somebody without medical needs such as myself. Thank you for the help you gave whilst researching and post delivery... definitely 5*.

Orders always on time and correct and packed perfectly(they even throw a couple of bags of sweets in from time to time, which i love). If you need to contact them for any reason they cant do enough to help you, especially Emily and Charlie who are so polite and extremely helpful. Keep you the good work guys
