Customer service is second to none. I wrote a review on a jacket I had purchased, saying there were lots of loose threads.. I was so impressed to get a call from Flexitog following it all up. I sent pictures as requested, and was very happy to get a replacement jacket at no extra expense. The jacket has proved to be all I needed it to be for working in a chilled environment

La taglia che mi avete suggerito non soddisfa molto le misure in cm che vi avevo mandato perchè mi va stretta di vita. Sarebbe stato meglio che ci fossero state delle pieghe elasticizzate. Prendete nota per favore. Grazie
