Feb 07,2025We had a great experiences with Flooret. The Customer Service Rep helped us find the right product for our space. Once it was delivered, the installation was smooth. I had expected my husband to help but another project needed his attention so I installed the main flooring with just a couple kids (ages 9 and 14) helping me and we were all very pleased with our results! I was a bit confused about the stairs but a call to the company got me the answers fairly painlessly and it all looks great now.

Jan 22,2025A Year Later and Still Loving It! We installed Flooret vinyl planks about a year ago, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The installation was a breeze, thanks to the large plank size, which also gives our space a luxurious look. The flooring is incredibly durable, easy to clean, and impressively scratch-resistant. Jan 15,2025I first ordered samples and found the quality to be superior to the many other products I was sampling, and they had the perfect timeless color selections I was looking for. Contact with customer service was fast and the team set clear expectations on timeframes to receive a back ordered color of flooring. This was my largest online purchase so I was nervous but moved forward and the product and process exceeded my expectations. Shipping was within the stated timeframe and communication on order status was good. The delivery driver could not make it up our rocky driveway with their hand pull, so we had to carry the boxes up to the house from the road. It turned out fine in the end and was not a big deal just something to keep in mind if you have a country drive like ours. The floors were easy to install and look great. The color is exactly as expected and the look is very similar to a real wood floor. I ordered transition strips in a second transaction after we completed the floor install and delivery of the transitions was incredibly fast. We have 2 large dogs and the flooring is holding up great with no scratches. Some excess cut off pieces were left outside with our scraps from the renovation and have been submerged in water, weathered a hailstorm, and exposed to very hot as well as below freezing temperatures and still look perfect. We will definitely be using Flooret again when we are ready to redo the rest of our homes flooring, and I have been recommending the floors to everyone!

Jan 15,2025We replaced hardwood in our home when we had a home flood. We have this flooring in our kitchen, our bathrooms, and our laundry room as well as throughout the entire house. We absolutely love it. We started off with the dark brown in 90% of the house, and then we decided to do the laundry room a different color because there's a step down and we want to make sure that our guests see that. So we went with a light gray in there, and it looks great! Installation wasn't too hard either. So I think it's a good product to work with as well as live with. The dark brown never looks dirty, and we got a new puppy who runs around and slides and comes in dirty and we're never worried about it. Its very easy to clean. It's the best! It looks high end and we get lots of compliments on it. I feel like we have a new house! Plus, customer service is responsive and has been easy to work with the whole time. If your on the fence, I say go for it? You'll love it!

Jan 09,2025We love our Kingswood base flooring by Flooret! It’s very high quality and totally transformed our space. The Kingswood base color added so much warmth to the house. We also loved that the flooring didn’t off gas or have a bad smell that we experienced with other brands. The flooring works well for our family with small kids and is durable.

Dec 21,2024THIS FLOORING + COMPANY IS AMAZING! Seriously! I installed it all myself. It was so simple and easy to do. The customer service was TOP NOTCH! I even accidentally ordered way too much and they helped me so fast and easily with my return. The floor has gotten muddy and wet and used hardcore in the last few months we've had it and it still looks brand new! Worth every penny. I will come back to Flooret again and again! Trust me, it's NOT all hype!

Dec 21,2024I have been looking for flooring for about 6 or more months, and I tried all the usual spots, Home Depot, Lowes, even local floor places near me, and I still wasn't convinced the quality/color was not what I was looking for. I started researching online, reddit.com forums, and I finally found flooret.com, I took a few pictured of my current floor situation at our home, and uploaded them to the flooret.com website so that I can start choosing colors that my wife and I enjoyed. Finally found the color which was the Arbor Modin Style, I also ordered their sample boxes of other floors as well. As soon as the samples arrived, I can tell a big difference in quality, and craftsmanship between big store brands and these floor off the samples itself. We were excited to say the least, So then I went shopping to make sure I had the correct parts needed to complete a whole home renovations, from transitions, to Bull nose, and risers, I added them to a cart, and saved them under my profile. I reached out to customer service to make sure I had enough floor and let me tell you the customer service support from this company was refreshing, they answered all my questions concerns, and notified me that If there is anything else we needed to just simply call or email them. I appreciated the fact that they were very helpful in making sure that this project I had everything I needed. I placed the order and everything was shipped to my home no more than 1 week and a half later. Only downside the Riser's had a backordered which I had to wait a few weeks out. Which I didn't mind because I had other things to accomplish before the Contractor can come out and start on the project. I examined all the materials, and they arrived correctly and all in good shape, a few dents in the boxes which is normal, but no damaged products during shipping. 4 days later, our home was complete, and the finish product was far amazing than pictures can describe, we are thrilled with our new flooring, and cant wait to enjoy the feedback from friends and family, which in turn were: Wow, Amazing, Great Color, plus the texture like flooring looks like and feels like wood. Cleaning up the floor after construction I made sure I went to the FAQ section of the website as to make sure I didn't damage the product with cleaning supplies, that's another great thing about flooret.com, they off helpful tips and tricks to maintain your flooring top notch. I sincerely recommend everyone to at least look into this great company, I have nothing but gratitude for the support, feedback and commitment from flooret.com for getting this project completed for our house.

Dec 17,2024our old house we had a beautiful hickory floor that was destroyed by our amazing rambunctious 2 great Danes. So when we decided to build we knew a durable, water (slobber) proof floor that looked like wood was on the menu. We did some research and joined some building groups and I wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for. Until we came across flooret. I saw and ad and I loved the look. Sent it to my husband and the 40 mil wear layer caught my husband's interest. We ordered a few samples and we were hooked. We placed order for 3k sq ft + of flooring. We ran into a major hiccup in our building, let's say lawyers are involved. My husband actually spoke with the owner of the company and he said " of course we will hold the floor for you just let us know when your ready. It was such a huge burden taken off our shoulders with all the other stuff happening at least this was 1 positive. Fast forward past the mess and we finally get to move in. My floors are amazing 👏. I have no worries when the dogs come running until the house. I no longer cringe when they horse play. So many things can go wrong in a new house but this floor is not one of them!

Dec 10,2024This is not a review of the flooring itself, that will come later. Rather, this is a review of the customer service. For whatever reason, the trucking company broke the Flooret pallet and reloaded the boxes of planks on their own pallet, damaging many boxes in the process. In the end, not quite 20% of the planks were damaged. Flooret did not blink an eye and made me whole. Of course, I provided them with photos to show what had happened, but all too often this turns into a finger pointing mess. Not here. These folks were as responsive and positive as you could ask for. If the product is half as good as the service, I'll be super happy.

Dec 05,2024The samples did not look visually pleasing. The colors and patterns had something to be desired. The grooves seemed the wrong angle to be cleaned easily. Most of the pieces really didn't fit and lay that well compared to the Cortex we ended up purchasing. Not to mention, we didn't have to purchase the samples. lb

Nov 22,2024The Flooret Modin LVP is a high quality product, it's durable, has 8 different patterns is easy to install. Plus Flooret has excellent customer service. The click locking mechanisms are not easily damaged. The patterns that do repeat are cut in different places on some of the planks and reversed on some of the planks adding to the variety of your flooring layout. My only caution is to make sure you order at least 10% extra because you do not want to have to have one box at a time shipped to you. Unfortunately we needed 1 extra box of planks and it took 3 tries to get one box of undamaged planks, and that's because when you order multiple boxes they are shipped by freight on a custom pallet but single boxes are shipped in a cardboard box by UPS or FedEx and the planks will likely be damaged. Nonetheless Flooret's customer service followed through till we got it undamaged, with free shipping and without having to send the damaged material back. Highly recommend doing business with Flooret.

Nov 16,2024I had seen Flooret LVP recommended online and was looking at several brands. I decided to try it out in an apartment I was renovating. I got samples and was impressed with the color and texture looking realistic. I decided to use the base level product based on a great price and small bevels on the edges. This is my third time installing this type of flooring and it went well. I choose the color Kingswood and it turned out beautiful. It also cleaned up easily after finishing the rest of the apartment.

Flooret's product is so beautiful, durable, easy to install and we're SO happy that we went with them. Our floors were installed within a day and they are holding up so well. Kingswood is rich and warm and took our home up several notches. I love this product!

There are enough different patterns that it's easy to avoid repeating. The flooring itself is comfortable to walk on and seems incredibly sturdy. I was also impressed with the threshold pieces and other similar accessories. Shipping was quick and easy, and their reps were there to make sure everything went smoothly. Overall, 5 star experience.

Feb 18,2025We love this cool-toned brown in Signature that looks so good everywhere! We installed Arbor in our living area and plan to continue with the rest of the house. It was our first major DIY project, and although it was challenging, Flooret support was amazing and helped us whenever we needed it. After some practice, laying down these floors is now a breeze and they look beautiful! They have not been dented or scratched by kitties or a crazy pittie zooming through the house, a large vase falling off of the bookshelf (thanks, kitties), or by two people who generally have no hard floor etiquette (we have lived with carpets for a very long time). They really are as good as they say they are!!
