Sep 28,2021I bought a Hoya obovata and found it was significantly smaller than in the pictures on Florafolia website, so I wrote to point out this issue. I received very prompt reply to explain the team has got the growing stock rather than the ready-for-shipping stock. Along with the apologetic reply was a full refund. Despite the mistake, the communication was prompt and I am happy with the solution, so I still rate the service of this order as 5 stars.
