If you want a spectacular bouquet of flowers this is the place to go too, their roses are above all other brands and the arrangements are just gorgeous. Beautifully packaged and well worth every penny

Beautiful peonies and gorgeous candle. Couldn’t have been more delighted. The smell from the candle is divine and the flowers lasted for weeks. Stylish and elegant packaging too. Most impressed.

I ordered a fiddle leaf fig plant and couldn’t be happier with the specimen delivered. Simply stunning! The packaging could have been better/careful and the £70 delivery charge for outside London(RM2/Zone 6) hurt a bit, but overall, I’m thrilled by the purchase/email support.

This company has oodles of style but the product leaves a lot to be desired. I love that you get only one type of flower rather than a selection, and delivery is reliable and stylish. But recent flowers have lasted only a few days, which is poor value for money. I'm happy to pay extra for flowers that will last but £30 for 10 blooms that look good for only three days is not acceptable.

I ordered 30 Red Naomi roses for Valentines this year and they arrived early in the day and according to my wife, were amazing. Apparently the packaging was utilitarian rather than designer which is fine as it did not detract from my wife's enjoyment of this gift.

Second time my husband ordered flowers for me with this company nothing arrived,very bad customer service. All they want to do is for you to reorder free of charge they don’t understand that it spoils what should be a lovely surprise on the right day. Now too worried to order again with this company.

Second time I have ordered from Flowerbx and second time the eucalyptus has been unavailable and I have been notified on the morning! Also ordered 50 stems of anemone and only got 41 plus 2 with no heads. Although efforts are being made to rectify this now is it too much to expect to get the full order and on time?

2 separate wreaths delivered to family members yesterday, they look absolutely nothing like the presentation on the website. The bows had short trimmed tails and look stuck on rather than the beautiful draping bows on the website images. The foliage on the wreath itself look limp and sloppily thrown together and was loose and not using the leafs/foliage advertised. The cost was £120 each and for that I expected something that looked classy, but what was delivered looked like something that could be picked up from the market for £20. Absolutely criminal

Absolutely Amazing. We used FlowerBx back in may for Mental Health Week. With 550 Roses in Green, Yellow and Ivory. The Roses had an amazing response during the event and were shared across social media. FlowerBx is a community company and they do go the extra mile into giving back to its community. We are using them again for World Mental Health Day. I highly recommend them.

Dahlias arrived today, wilting and dropping petals, had a mixed variety of sizes also. So bad that i was not able to give this £70 bouquet as a gift Am awaiting response from the company but have taken pictures to show them how bad their product was. I expect a full refund

Very disappointed! I ordered 20 peonies, they arrived 2days after order. Most of them were already very open, About 4 flowers still completely closed. After 3 days the “best” was gone and the flowers started to wilt. 60€ for 20 poor flowers....Will never order again! fresh from the field I thought but unfortunately not the case at all! Rather go to a Florist nearby!

Ordered peonies and a vase. The peonies looked great on their website but were quite expensive. I expected they must be good then and ordered some for same-day delivery. They arrived a few hours later, but at no point was I allowed to choose a delivery slot, which would have been unfortunate had I not happened to come home early from work that day. The peonies were just not nice. Only two had actually developed flowers, and they already had petals already hanging down on the sides. The rest haven't blossomed yet, so they won't really do much for tonight's dinner party. If you buy a bouquet of flowers, you kind of expect them to look nice the day they arrive.

First orchid I received was great. Ordered more for friends I didn't see, then ordered another and it was £50 for the kind supermarkets sell for £15. Finally offered a replacement and then told they need to collect the one that I was complaining about. Just lost my business.

Flowers for my birthday arrived in poor condition without any indication as to who had sent them. Despite leaving a message on a computer generated message system and emailing them with pictures of the flowers I have heard nothing. These flowers were expensive and are made out to be ‘extraordinary ‘ on their website. I was extraordinarily disappointed.
