Sep 28,2023Made a last minute order with incorrect shipping address- was easy to rectify this in one quick call. The Customer Support agent was helpful and friendly and checked through amendments to any other parts. I also like that each flower selection has its own review so that popular or highly rated bunches can be selected with confidence. I would love if Flowerstation would have a service that shows a photo of the actual flowers delivered.

Sep 26,2023I ordered flowers for friend’s birthday a day before assuming they would be delivered at least by noon on the day of BD (day after). At 6 PM I realized that the bouquet hadn’t still been delivered. If I didn’t remind that it should be delivered, it wouldn’t be delivered at all. Finally it was delivered at 9 PM (!!) actually after BD.

Sep 25,2023They left the flowers at the door of a closed building, did not confirm receipt neither with me or with the recipient. I called to confirm and got no answer. Very unprofessional service.

Sep 25,2023Ordered flowers with a bottle of wine and a balloon, only got the flowers. They did refund but still.. kind of defeats the point. Would not recommend

Sep 25,2023Hope the inconvenience where not happen again, you should have your own courier. Since it have separate payment. Do not trust your product to very busy courier.
