I am always leery when ordering flowers online, but my experience with Flower Station was amazing! We ordered from the U.S. for delivery to our daughter in London. The flowers she received were just as beautiful, maybe even more so, as the online picture I saw when choosing an arrangement. Now I will always use Flower Station because I can trust that what I order is what will be delivered! Job well done!
quite a few flowers were wilted
Order FS-33430. 29/01/2025. Not sure where the fault lies whether it’s flower station or with Apple Pay or a combination of the two but absolutely devastated when the flowers I Ordered for my mum’s 85th birthday turned up at my house and not hers. I know I completed all the delivery information correctly. This was confirmed.when I used the chat customer support service They said that they had had multiple incidents of Delivery addresses Being altered to the senders address when using Apple Pay. They blamed me for not reading the order email That was sent after paying: here’s their chat bot response: “Alex Unfortunately, yes. We've had similar issued the last two months with Apply Pay payments that get transferred off our website.” I have never had this problem before with all the times I Have usedApple Pay So feel, it may be a problem on their website and it’s communication with Apple Pay rather than Apple Pay itself

I brought some roses off this site and lasted 4 days. Very disappointing would not recommend. If I could put photos of them on here for people to see i would.

Customer service didn't offer much help
It is noticeable that the flower station replied to my first review giving 5 stars upon receipt of my flowers but have not responded to the second review of 1 star when the flowers were dead two days later. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this company.
As a returning customer of Flower Station, I would rate them zero stars if I could! I spent nearly £150 on two deluxe flower arrangements, which were delivered in an unprofessional manner. The delivery driver tilted both arrangements, causing all the water to spill out, and then slammed my bouquet onto the ground—this was all recorded on my ring camera. The bags were soaked and ripped from the water damage. I called Flower Station 46 times before a woman finally answered. She seemed uninterested and informed me that one of the bouquets, which was supposed to contain 15 roses but only had 12, would be redelivered along with an extra gift bag for the second arrangement. She promised to call me back with updates but never did. When I called before 6 PM for an update, she falsely claimed that the flowers were out for delivery. I've sent numerous emails to Flower Station with photos and videos as evidence, but I haven't received a response. I wasted the entire day waiting for the flowers, which caused me significant anxiety and distress. I even missed a wedding party because I couldn't present the flowers while waiting for their arrival. This experience has been shocking and appalling. I am extremely disappointed!

I ordered flowers and a gift for my Nana who lives 200miles from me and needed it in time for Christmas I ordered last minute and The flowers and gift arrived the next day to their address, she was overwhelmed with the flowers, baileys and chocolates. Having tried all the big name florists in London - McQueen’s, Moyses, Wild at Heart, Real Flower Co, Aoyama Flower Market, Paul Thomas, etc - Flower Station has ended up being my go to. I have used them 3 times now and they have been 100% reliable and impressive with style and delivery. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I have used Flower Station a number of times and without exception the flowers that have been delivered have been really beautiful . Friends and family alike have commented on how lovely they are. Even when out of London delivery needed they arrived exactly when they should have and still in pristine condition .
I've used Flower Station for years to send flowers on happy and sad occasions, or sometimes just to treat myself. Without exception the deliveries have been reliable and the flowers have been gorgeous. Customer service is excellent: prompt, courteous and efficient. Very highly recommended.
Poor Customer service. Delivery failed saying recipient not around even though both individuals were home. Site allows an international phone number but they will not phone it. Had to actively message to get it resolved and ruin the surprise by giving their phone number. No picture was included but found that the extras I added apparently were not delivered. Staff didn't care even though my order summary shows it, but since their invoice didn't they did nothing to reconcile the issue... It's not my fault you need a better web designer/developer. Don't use if purchasing from overseas for your family and friends in London.

Feb 03,2025Delivery was made on same day . Courier thought best to leave it behind planter so not visible from street - thx Ahmed. Flowers looked fresh, but greenery looked jumbled and not as slick as in the advertisement photo . Overall it did the job okay
