Dec 09,2024Es wurde ein Standart-Paket mit pers. Gegenstand und Handgepäck verkauft. Bei der Bestätigung fehlt das Handgepäck und ich muss es kostenpflichtig hinzubuchen. Reklamation wurde mit Standardantworten die das Problem nicht gelöst haben beantwortet.

Dec 08,2024I booked flights with baggage via Flugladen.de only to be told that my flights were booked but my baggage was not. They said I (!!) need to get in touch with the airline to sort it out and that I "will probably have to pay a surcharge". If a booking company can't do a booking correctly, what are they good for. I recommend using literally anything else.
