I have been enquiring about the flight deals over a week and was chatting with different agents (Rythm Thakur, Khushi Sran, Pooja, Michael Kors). Each one of them has been very humble, patient, informative and utmost helpful. I appreciate each one of them for their assistance in helping me out with the best customer experience from FlybackIndia. I was exhausted after my 12hrs shift at work. However, I had to tick off the flight tickets booking from my “to do list”. That was when I got on to the call with Micheal Kors. It was the end time of his shift, but he extended it to complete my booking. He never lost his cool and dealt the last call like his very first call of the day; he answered all my questions and clarified all the concerns and helped me complete my booking. My father uses this company for all of his travel needs, and we are very satisfied with the exceptional service. Our specific service agent, MICHAEL KORS, did a wonderful job on the phone with my father and me. Excellent services provide by lady named Jot Kaur. Exceptional services by her. Throughout the process she was very calm and helpful and provided me all the details what I was keep asking her. She was searching flight for me for 2 days continuously to give me best flight and best connections with less time to fly from Canada to India and I just say Jot Kaur & his manager Ashutosh Sharma were exceptionally well in their work and of course Flyback India who really care about customer.
