Oct 06,2019Our experience with FlybackIndia was very nice and I am happy to place on record my appreciation for their excellent customer service. We made bookings for our travel to India in late May for our trip in early September. Our interactions with Mr. Prateek Singh was very pleasant and he completed the booking very efficiently and to our satisfaction. About the third week of July, we had to change ,in fact cancel, our trip in September because of some health issues and our doctor's advice not to travel. Our round trip ticket was non refundable. We had not bought any trip insurance. I had a feeling we may lose all the money for the trip we had paid. I called FlybackIndia and talked to Mr. Ankush from customer service. He was very pleasant and professional . He made some good suggestions following which he was able to get us a sizable refund on the cost of the tickets from the airline. Within a couple of weeks we received the refund. It was such a relief. I am very happy to say that our experience with Mr. Ankush made us feel that good customer service and people like Mr. Ankush are still there. I want to thank him for the service and commend FlybackIndia for having such people and providing great customer service.

Oct 02,2019I buy a two returns international tickets for my parents from flybackindia.com. The name of the agent was Urvashi. I specifically mentioned to the agent that my parents need wheel chair assistance during their trip. I check on airline website where wheelchair was on hold. I wrote to urvashi about to confirmed the wheel chair but she did not reply my email. On the departure day at airport, airline told my parents that their tickets are not confirmed. I honestly suggest everybody that never buy a tickets from flybackindia.com. It is better to buy directly from airline. This company have no good customer service. Third class service with irresponsible staff like Urvashi. No more business with this company.
