Mar 19,2019Excellent first rent a car experience. The staff is very helpful and nice. A member of the staff waited for me and picked me up from the airport, even though the plane had a delay of almost one hour. We went to where the company is located (just outside from the airport. 3 minutes with the car). He explained to me everything you should know when you rent a car for the first time, signed the contract and payed with my credit card the amount of money for the 3 days and the guarantee for the possible damages of the car was only blocked in my account. Also I have been offered water and coffee. I think that's pretty nice as well. I have rented a Ford Fiesta automated gear, and I have been upgraded to a Ford Focus, quite a new one, that was a nice surprise. When I have returned the card, another member of the stuff unblocked immediately the sum for the guarantee and gived me a ride back to the airport. The entire process was really smooth and fast. Congratulations and lot of thanks to the company and the stuff members.

Mar 18,2019A truly European rental company. Staff very polite, low prices, and cars in perfect condition. The guarantee is very small compared to what we found in the area and the check and recheck are done very quickly and without looking to take advantage of the customer's guarantee. What impressed me is the politeness and good faith in handing over the car ... it's just a company that is detached from what is in the area. I recommend it 100%.
