Aug 02,2024FRAUD ALERT: this company interjected my call to Chase Travel while I was on hold and fraudulently took my credit card and personal information by pretending to be the bank's third party & charged my card. I have reported them to the police and opened a dispute with the bank, who had no idea of who they are nor has any business with them. I highly suggest that you avoid any business with them. There is a police investigation open on them and despite trying to get my money back they kept being extremely rude and ghosting me every time I contacted them to also have my information removed from their records.

Jul 24,2024They are scammers…they are unethical They are scammers…they are unethical. they asked me to pay them a cancelation for tickets that were not purchased from them, they promised refund vouchers and when my friend advised me to call the airlines directly the airlines said only the issuing office could refund the tickets, the cancelation they asked for it was about 3000.00,

My plans were necessary for me to change due to my partners death. Eddie was concerned and did as much as he could. His follow up on this issue was remarkable. He restored my faith in Breeze Airlines.
