My Air Dolomiti flight was two hours delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flights, which were business class and first class. I called the Air Dolomiti phone number, which directed me to Fond Travels. They tried to charge me an additional $1000 (and no refunds for the flights missed) to change my missed flights to different ones to get me and my family home, but I pointed out that I shouldn’t have to be charged for this as it was the fault of Air Dolomiti, and he then he said he’d only charge an additional $400 for the new flights. So, my first new connecting flight that I paid via Fond Travels for was Turkish Airlines, but when I get to the gate they say we have no reservations and the flight is full. We are not on the list. I call Fond Travels back, they will not give a refund. Also, I’m concerned Fond Travels asked for a an unusual amount of my personal information. More than is normal for this situation, including a picture of my passport. I’m worried that this was an identity theft scam.

Sarah was simply great. She was patient and very generous to help me find the flight as per my dates. Which i simply could never find online at such a great price. I was at first skeptical of using a agency service, but they are there for a reason to help people like us who don't have much knowledge and not good with research skills. Sarah you are simply the best. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend you to my family and freinds.

All I have to say is that I plan never to use this agency again in my lifetime. To say I was stressed to the max would be an understatement. I never felt so threatened in my life, that they might cancel my friends flights back home to attend a family members funeral. Thank God it is over!!!!!!

I am very disappointed with the service provided by this company. I had to cancel a plane ticket because the COVID-19 test delay and I was told that I can re-book the ticket when the test will come through with a credit of the cost of the ticket minus $100. Next day I called them starting at 9am (test came overnight) and was nobody answer the phone. I left numerous messages and e-mails to the agent. I got a response from him around 12pm. I was told that I need to pay the balance of a double the price that the ticket cost originally!!! I refused and I called the airline where I only pay half!! I was even told that I would have two different charges on my credit card!!! I will stay away from this people that are only trying to rip people off! Agent name was Gauge.

I would like to let anyone whom needs assistance with any travel plans especially with to The Philippines that this travel agency will go above and beyond your expectations as far as showing kindness and generosity and professionalisim .I was very pleased and will definitely contact her again with any future travel plans I have. Ula was very helpful. I appreciate the fact that there was a person I could contact during the pandemic. She always got right back to me when I had a question. My airline refund was received in a timely fashion. I definitely plan to use Fond Travels again when I rebook my trip to Berlin
