May 02,2023J'ai commandé plusieurs fois cette marque d'extensions mais je ne commanderai plus tant qu'il y aura des frais de douane. Il faudrait trouver une solution pour vos clients européens, vous perdez beaucoup de commandes à cause de ça.

Apr 26,2023I got 26 inch cinnamon tape ins, loved the colour and length, I bought these as I’ve had there clip in’s before, so I got the tapes when they was realised but the glue they used was terrible I got them professionally put in but they fell out after the first wash, the glue isn’t strong at all! I had to remove them all and replace the glue and then get them refitted. I’ve been wearing the hair for 6 months now and it’s still looks nice but I just went to buy some more hair to replace them as the ends have gotten thin but they’ve doubled in price! Before it cost £195 per 50g for 26inch and now it’s saying £330 per 50g for 26 inch which is a nearly double in costing,(you’ll need at least 150g-200g for a full head) unfortunately won’t be buying again at that increased price

Apr 22,2023I don't normally write negative reviews but these extensions are by far the worst I've ever bought my latte blonde extensions turnt up with 100's of black synthetic fibres, I purchased for an event & the stylist refused to put them in as he only works with human hair. After several messages emails 20+ photos with them stating over & over they only sell 100% human hair I was 'granted a return for inspection' I sent the hair back at further cost to myself & was then contacted by the company with more questions I'd like to point out that I'd recieved them the afternoon on Saturday & contacted them 1st thing Sunday morning & feel if I hadn't been so quick in identifying the synthetic hair I would of been stuck with these unusable extensions. I have now been refunded but this was a time consuming process & the company have admitted that synthetic fibres were found in the sets, therefore clearly not human hair and of very poor quality, do not waste your money, I've been buying hair for years & have never felt so duped by a misleading website.

Apr 08,2023I’m honestly really disappointed. An instagram influencer recommended this brand. I have been trying new extensions from different places. I ordered the platinum blonde and they were more of a silver/ purple ash color. I opened the box to put up to my hair to see if the color would match and then was told I couldn’t return them if the extensions were tampered with. You also have to pay fo return which is pointless. Won’t order from here again

Apr 03,2023The tapes started coming out after 1 wash, by 4 washes I’d lost nearly half. I’ve worn hair extensions 15 years and had tapes by many different companies, never once had any fall out, I’ve always had to remove them with remover. Their customer service is just terrible, they don’t care about us spending nearly £350 on hair extensions with them. They would rather do nothing about the issue, asked a million questions to drag it out, then they didn’t help anyway, what’s the point in that, they might as well just not have a customer service. This company I can see already has so many bad reviews about their customer care, won’t be long until they have run out of customers. Since most people re buy hair extensions over and over again, they will just keep losing what would of been loyal customers

Apr 01,2023Hello. The hair that I order its beautifull. But the price its too much, because the shipping to the balkan its to expensive. So, I supose that knowing that, the price shoud be lower. And the invoice have to be outside of the packet not inside, because you will have a problem on the border.
