The worst hair extentions I have ever used... I have used Foxy Locks in the past and loved them but the set which i ordered in December are disgraceful. They matte and tangle as soon as I put them in (I've followed all instructions and don't use heat on them much). Thy are completely unwearable. Foxy Locks will claim they are 100% human hair but I've genuinely had synthetic hair thats lasted me longer! I started the complaints process but after reading the other reviews, it's obvious I've no chance of getting any compensation/refund for these so essentially have thrown my money away. They have asked me to send the hair back to them but to be honest, I'd rather cut my losses than have to deal with this company anymore. I wouldn't usually leave a review like this but I think what they are doing to their customers is shocking and people need to be made aware. I've since ordered from Milk and Blush and the hair is amazing - will be using them going forward. PLEASE do not waste your money ordering from here, you will only be disappointed in a few weeks time.

The thickness of the extensions were lovely and I was impressed when I opened the pack, but as soon as I put them in they just matted. They we’re constantly matted and brittle no matter the different ways I treated them or brushed. I really was not impressed after the cost. I’ve had better at a fraction of the cost

I always order my extensions from Foxy Locks they are reliable and good quality and offer unique shades you can’t find in the shop. Customer service is great and they are helpful when you reach out via email. I had some difficulty placing and international order and Brigit was awesome and solved the issue right away!

Excellent experience using foxy locks! First set of extensions, and so happy that they blend so beautifully with my hair! Nervous at first about getting color matched online and sent internationally at that but so incredibly impressed when they came in and I installed them. Color match was right on the money and the real human hair feel is superior. Hair can last multiple days without a wash, remain in even through windy weather conditions and the clip ins do not tug on hair! Highly recommend

After reading through reviews i see a lot of people are having the same issue as myself. Firstly my extensions 26inch platinum were lost. Back and fourth to foxy locks for answers and they keep telling me i had to wait to follow procedure when in fact all it took was to ring DHL to find out my extensions were lost. After that process and multiple calls and emails. I get landed with a customs bill of over €100 after paying €300+ for extensions. Had no choice only to pay. After a few wears, mind you I’m buying from this company for 6 years the extensions start to matt and become uncontrollable. Going into a ball and having to brush constantly. The quality not the same. Have to be synthetic!! After reading other people reviews i see a lot of people saying the same. I reached out to customer service AGAIN sent pictures and they ask me to send back to review. As if, as i am after going through so much already with this order was i gonna go through the process of sending them back. I am hugely disappointed and saddened that you would treat loyal customers like this. To con them into buying faulty expensive goods. I will be taken this further. And customer service is quick but condescending in there replies not at all helpful. Not a fan!!

Brigit was the worst customer service representative I’ve ever experienced. I’ve spent thousands of dollars of foxy locks brand of hair in the past two years and the most recent purchase of hair I received was terrible quality and I decided to reach out to the company because I was only able to get a few wears out of the hair. Brigit was absolutely no help. She gave me the run around for two weeks and then finally asked me to send the product back and she will review it. I sent 20 pictures and videos of the hair including the 11 purchase orders I’ve made in two years. Brigit turned me off from ever ordering from your company again. I will be reporting her to the Business Bureau. She deserves to be fired.

I had originally written a bad review as the extensions weren’t up to their usual standard. But someone contacted me and asked me to send the extensions back so they could investigate, within a week they sorted me a new set and sent it with next day delivery. This new set is amazing and the customer service from Brigit was amazing.

I am a long term and loyal customer of over 7 years. I had chose dhl express shipping and paid for this. A representative from your company chose default shipping instead even though I paid for express shipping. Because of this I was forced to wait a month to get my extensions and then missed the package as I had to go on holiday ( this is why I chose express in the first place). The only compensation I received was a 15% discount on future items ? That is horrible and new customers receive 10% so I am only being offered 5 percent more than new customers for all the inconvenience I went through and I have been a loyal customer for years ! I am seriously reconsidering purchasing from foxy locks. Th customer service is horrible . I am also the one who noticed the error in shipping , not any employee. I had to advise the employee on their mistake and constantly follow up for updates.

Quick delivery and packaged very nice but the hair feels like plastic barbie hair after about a week. I have followed the care routine for the hair and it just knots up. Wouldn’t purchase again unfortunately.
