Apr 27,2021I ordered some household goods from Foys recently. I found their website excellent, very user friendly. One item I ordered was on backorder. I was notified by a very helpful chap over the phone who gave me option of waiting until order comes in and if stock arrives he would add it, if not he would issue refund. Excellent customer service - I found that to be a lovely touch in a time where most business seems to be emails back and forth. My order arrived very well packaged and I was delighted with what I got.
