Aug 07,2020When my parcel arrived I opened the box to find a few bowels had broken. But one quick email to customer services and print reply later I had two new bowels the following day. Even with the best intentions issues can occur but it how they are dealt with that is important, and Foy’s customer service was excellent. I will certainly buy from you again.

Aug 17,2020I ordered a ceramic item that broke in transit. They refunded item . I ordered again and it arrived in perfect condition. I always go to foys when I go on holidays to my aunts. It's a lovely shop to buy from. 5 stars from me.
