Apr 28,2023Run. We never post reviews in 13 years of business. We felt it necessary for this occassion. Our team thought FNP Agency checked out ok, street address, phone number, website, based in Australia etc. You will soon find you cannot contact anyone (although there is a phone number.) That's a front, you will only email and attend scheduled meetings usually at times that suit their timezone. One doesn't expect for an agency to drop everything for a client phone call but sometimes things happen and you need to phone or even message at the least. So why have a phone number? They run ads that actually damage a brand and you (and your customers) can tell it's just blatantly outsourced not even grammatically correct. They "designed" and ran ads that were completely off brand extremely poorly designed - yet that will tell you no the are not. No respect or understanding for brand, brand guidelines and aesthetics. Furthermore expect to see ads that are not approved popping up and if you gave friends they will actually contact you to say what happened to your design. ( This is what happened to us). The outsourced staff who had been given access and who leave...their account is just left there. Terrible housekeeping and you don't know who has access to your account. They are not able to scale a business and will burn money by throwing it at campaigns and providing fluffy reporting and sometimes no reports. If your busy (which is why you require an agency you may overlook it). This is not malicious, all can be substantiated by factual proof and evidence. Three other independant audits confirmed this. Investigate this agency thoroughly, noi real content just posts to show they know their industry, no reviews....that should tell you something.
