Apr 02,2025Ordered part for our compressor, slight delay in getting the tracking number. Part seemed to take a strange route with UPS moving it in and out of China - not too sure why. Part arrived in Australia and fitted perfectly. Overall very happy and would use again.

Mar 29,2025The turbo I ordered was different to the one delivered. In order to save myself from being stress out, i took it because it fit in to one of my machine. Now i am given them a second chance by ordering an overhaul rebuild kit for a Caterpillar 3306 engine. I will certainly write a review soon…

Mar 27,2025I ordered the overhaul gasket kit for the kubota d850 diesel engine. The product is just as advertised and all the gaskets I needed/used fit perfectly and so far I haven’t seen any leaks. Ordering was easy, and shipping seemed pretty fast, but delivery took a little longer than I thought it would with UPS Ground shipping because the product came from overseas. Not a bad price for the full top and bottom gasket kit at under $100. Customer service is also quick to respond to email inquiries. If you aren’t in a hurry to get it, then ordering from FridayParts is worth it.

Mar 26,2025this is one of the worst customer service experiences and general service all around. I ordered a TD04HL-16T Turbo from them and I was aware that it stated 10 day handling which in my opinion is also bad because no other company does that but I still have them a chance. 1 week after I ordered the turbo and paid for it I got an email telling me that the turbo was sold out before my purchase and that it would have to be delayed for another 2+ weeks but they would have the "batch" then needed with the materials for the turbo and would ship it. when I asked questions like "do you get the turbo as a complete assembly?" no response. when I asked "why I was just being told it was sold out a week after my purchase?" they told me 10 day handling time BS. you don't list a part that you know is sold out. others have this exact same problem..I contacted them on the 24th which they gave me a 21st-23rd window promised shipping after the 1st delay and then they told me that they don't know when they will be receiving the parts at all and if I just wait for a magical amount of time they will offer me a $15 discount from my over $300 purchase. but they don't have an answer as to when they will receive the "batch" this is horrible customer service and horrible business, coming from a business owner, do not buy from this company. I will be contacting the BBB.

Mar 21,2025I ordered a cylinder head for my tractor. Very good price. They had me send them pictures of old head to make sure they had the correct one. Good communication. As soon as they verified the pictures I received it in about 5 days in a sturdy wooden box. The forward alignment pin hole was a couple millimeters off so I had to move it back a little bit. Other than that a perfect match. Be sure to blow excess casting sand out of it before installing. I will buy from them again.

J'ai dû attendre plus de 10 jours, car il n'avais pas une de mes pièces en inventaire. Pourtant il marquait en avoir 2 en inventaire quand j'ai passé ma commande. J'ai envoyer un courriel après 7 jours, pour me faire dire qu’il attendait la pièce manquante. J'ai attendu la pièces pareille parce-que j'ai commandé les 2 pièces ensemble. Mais ils mon communiqué pour me dire qu'il venait de la recevoir et qui me l'expédit à l'instant. Tous étaient conformes. Je les recommande pareille pour des pièces de moteur bon produit.

Apr 02,2025Ordered a carburetor for my tractor. Picture I ordered from matched my tractor manual exactly. However, the part I received was not what I ordered but something for an excavator and looked nothing like the picture. When I called Friday parts, could never reach anyone directly. Would always be instructed to leave a VM or email them. They did however call me back within a day. Got the situation resolved. Correct part was sent. They said they would send me a return mailing label to send back the incorrect part but instead emailed me and said to just keep the wrong part. So my 4 star eval is just for receiving the wrong part initially. After that very satisfied with their response to solving the problem.
