Jan 07,2025Because of the difference in price and their Superior web site (SHOWS PHOTOS). I went with Friday Parts. I ordered a Kubota injector pump. I ordered the week before Christmas Not expecting part to turn out till next year(2025). But Part arrived one day before promised EVEN with the Xmas rush. The part was NEW and exactly as promised. $5000in Australia. $1700 from Friday Parts. I have used Fridays 3 times now and it all seems HONEST. Which is a lot these days. Shaun

Dec 30,2024They need a better quality control on their muffler manufacturers. I ordered a muffler for a 07 Honda Foreman, the end cap had two stripped bolts, and after getting new ones and installing the muffler. There is a design flaw that causes a whistle noise when you let off of the gas.

Nov 01,2024I ordered water pump / thermostat car was in shop waiting for parts. Mechanic told me wrong thermostat but installed water pump. 20 miles later the car over heated again just like when in went in to shop. Towed car back mechanic said water pump failed! Bought another one different place problem solved, But when I called Fridays they would not pay for second repair or the towing. So I had to pay twice cause they sold me a faulty part. Never do business with this shady company. I will ruin you 5 star reputation on your web site and everywhere else I can.

Oct 12,2024After purchasing a high pressure fuel pump for my wife's car, the part arrived with a bent fuel tube. After installing the part, it failed to pump fuel. The companies response was that the pump would function with a bent fuel tube with no response about the fact that it did not work after installation. The final decision from the company was to offer me a $20 refund for a $93 part. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Had nothing to loose. Shipping was fast 3 days was packed really well. Install and is working perfectly with no issues. I will definitely use them again.

Jul 28,2024Bons services et livraison rapide (bien qu'un peu cher) en revanche attention, les pièces ne proviennent pas systématiquement des USA comme on pourrait le croire (paiement en dollars) mais de chine dans mon cas.... et prévoir des droits de douane, qui ne me semblent pas indiqués.

May 10,2024Ordered a entire filter kit for my cat 312cl out of all the filters in the kit only half of them worked one of the threads were different on one Hydraulic filter the fuel filter was half the size as OEM with different threads also. Would recommend staying with genuine cat parts to save money in the long run and a headache.. calling cat tomorrow to get the correct filters. However the air filters and one hydraulic filter was correct.
