Sep 25,2024Jo from Friends for Pets has been taking care of our two dogs for a while now and we couldn’t be happier. We trust her implicitly with them and know they’re in safe hands when we’re away. She is also very responsive to any schedule changes we have and always responds quickly. The dogs love her and so do we. Thank you Jo. Would love to nominate you for a carer award. Aug 17,2024We use friends for pets Shrewsbury they are friendly and willing to give good advice, they did our dogs nails and she never made a murmur and she can be very girl if she is not happy with anything.

Jan 11,2022Amazing service, no longer use due to a change in my job and will be working from home! Maddy always kept me updated by text, photos or videos! Would 100% recommend and use again in the future, Frank will miss her visits and walks.

Jan 04,2022Not sure who loves the Friends for Pets team more - me or our doggy! He always welcomes the team with a very waggy tail and comes home with all sorts of adventurous tales. So happy the team care for him probably as much as we do. Cannot imagine ever having any other team help us every day!

Dec 03,2021Friends for Pets are wonderful. We needed someone to visit our puppy, Lola, half way through the day when we are both at work. Amy found out exactly what we wanted and sent Jo to meet us and Lola. Jo has been a Godsend. She goes above and beyond every day, and is very helpful, friendly and flexible. Most importantly of all, she and Lola genuinely love each other. We honestly could not manage without Jo’s visits, and the fee we pay is well worth the peace of mind. We cannot recommend Friends for Pets highly enough.

Nov 24,2021Kim came to feed our guinea pigs for a few days whilst we were away. There was a visit first to find out about our pets and a form to fill in so they had all the information needed to care for our gp's appropriately (amount of food, name, etc). Kim provided updates every day. Very happy with Friends For Pets and will be using the again.

Nov 03,2021Amazing doggy day care!! My dog absolutely loves going to Friends for Pets they take him on amazing walks and look after him so we’ll he’s always so excited going there! Amy has been amazing and collects my dog in the morning and drops him off in the afternoon, making life much easier! Would definitely recommend!

Oct 11,2021The process were really easy and we trusted Vicki (North Somerset) immediately. She was professional, and you can see her genuine love of animals shine through. We were a little worried leaving our cat for a week (especially as we had recently moved) but she sent us regular updates and reassurance that he was fine and eating his dinner every day :)Would highly recommend her services.

Sep 30,2021Julia at Friends for Pets was great. I was let down at the last minute by someone else and Julia was happy to step in with very little notice to look after my chickens. I'll definitely be going back to Julia and co in future. Friendly, helpful and reasonably priced.

Sep 07,2021Thank you for looking after our cats, Daphne. The photos and updates were really reassuring. We returned to find our cats calm and cared for. Also appreciate you dealing with the mice they brought in. Will definitely use you next time we are away, I think the cats are looking forward to seeing you again!

Sep 04,2021Excellent service! We needed to arrange last minute cat sitting and Friends for Pets was very responsive and accomodating. Our cat sitter was lovely, playing with our cat, giving her medicine and sending us photos. We'll definitely use them again!

Jul 31,2021Thank you so much for this wonderful service. Knowing that our cat and rabbit were being well looked after made such a difference to our holiday. Rachel was excellent. I really appreciate that she made a lot of effort to befriend out pets and make sure they were happy, as well as feed them and clean up after them. Her regular daily update kept us completely informed and allowed us to relax. I would definitely recommend this service and will be happy to use them again in the future

She sent us an update to let us know all was well. We felt so at ease leaving our dog for the day and would thoroughly recommend to anyone else!

Dec 03,2024Friends for Pets works brilliantly for us. Laura looks after Alfie for us at her house. He always comes back happy and I have complete confidence in Laura. She takes him for long walks and he enjoys socialising with her dogs. Laura is responsive and helpful on text and quick to respond.
