The first time, no one called back or email contact. 2nd time, one of the staff (Vik) called back,OMG, he was in very rash and hurry rude conversation,and asked you some questions,and see how much do you have, and tell you they can’t do anything about, I should say nothing can art all. They are not really mean to help you out. Please don’t waste your time on it. If here can choose No star, I will do it .

Jul 03,2021I am a developer and was being turned down from various lenders. Fed up with brokers just going quiet. Everyday was an uphill battle and I was becoming increasingly frustrated with finding funding, and the industry as a whole. I spoke to Vik Patel and went through an initial assessment followed up with a few zoom calls. He said he would come back with a tailored solution for me (which I have heard many times). 48 hours to my surprise he came back to me with an agreement. It was all systems go from there, and he kept us up to date through to completion, and was always available when a few obstacles occurred with the solicitors. He remained in close contact during the application process and talked me through the various options available. His encouragement and support was invaluable during the application process Thankfully he emailed me after one of the applications to remind me I only had a limited time to draw down the funds otherwise I would have had to reapply and would have therefore missed the completion date on the commercial property we were purchasing.
