We start our application in 27 of November with Alison Wallace and I can say she is very helpful person until she past our application to Tony Ryan and from that moment we have 2 months and today after I made a call he manage to read the documents all trow previously said in others emails he manage but now I see is just trying to find different excuses to refuse our application, I will see by the end what will gone happen and I will come back

Feb 12,2021After initial concerns of not receiving confirmation of my application, I was finally via email contacted by Ryan Hyde-Smith who restored my faith after a few emails and conversations, and is dealing with my application credibly and professionally. On a constructive ! note I had a number of missed calls from a number I did not recognise but no message was ever left for me, if you phone potential customers to make contact leave a message !

Dec 11,2020Although we were not able to secure funding, Joe provided us with a level of service far superior to our own bank, and other lenders. His knowledge of the products, he could offer, and the govt backed products was exceptional. He provided us with in-depth feedback as to why we were unsuccessful in our applications and taught us a lot about what exactly it is lenders require for a successful application. We may not have secured a loan but we have come away with vastly more knowledge than we started with.
