Aug 10,2023What fabulous service. Ordered our products online and was given 4-6 week delivery date. Furniture Direct UK rang us a couple of days before the delivery date to confirm the date and time which was just one month after the order. Delivery staff were superb. Extremely helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough. By the way the furniture is FIRST CLASS and as an extra benefit this purchase saved us lots of money. We had looked at this furniture locally - and it was priced at 20-25% more. Feeling really happy. Thankyou

My rauch imperial was delivered professionally after 4 weeks and is now installed and top quality. Great company and very helpful.

All I would say is better updates regarding delivery and time scale would be good other than that perfect service.

May 05,2023We recently ordered some German manufactured wardrobes and drawers from furniture direct. Having read the reviews we were a little unsure but with the product being almost a third of the price elsewhere we thought we would give them a chance. I emailed Ajaz just to check the order had been processed and to see if they were expected to be delivered by the anticipated delivery day in May. He emailed same day to say they were expecting them in stock imminently and and someone would be in contact within the next couple of days to arrange delivery , true his word they were and delivery was arranged for the next day about 4 weeks earlier than expected. Really pleased with the service and furniture. We would definitely use again.

Feb 10,2023Found this site on the internet and price of mattress was very reasonable and also discount for February. Ordered on the 1st and was delivered on the 10th fantastic service as it said 2-3 weeks. Will definitely use them again when I need too.

Dec 31,2022Recently purchased a Hamilton & James Splendour 900. On saw locally at £1370, bought from furnituredirect.net for £1142 Inc delivery in their Black Friday sale. I have to admit I was a little bit dubious about the authenticity of the site but I took a chance and wasn’t disappointed. Website said 5 week delivery but I had it within 2 weeks. Only criticism would be the lack of order status updates. No communication for a few weeks but I then got a call a few days prior to delivery and given a time slot. Fantastic mattress. Very happy

Dec 07,2022I bought two sofas in July, and they arrived on the estimated date four weeks later. Both sofas are excellent quality and at a very competitive price. Unfortunately, one of the sofas was damaged during delivery. It did take eleven weeks for the sofa to be uplifted, sent back to the supplier for repair, then re-delivered back to us. The company kept us informed on its status throughout, and we eventually got the sofa back fully repaired. Overall, the company did provide a good service and we would definitely use them again.

Nov 05,2022I wish I had read reviews beforehand. Customer service is horrendous. Ordered a sideboard, didn't receive an order confirmation, had to call to request an email be sent to me. The sideboard arrived 4 weeks later which was a week late and had dents and scratches on it. Requested a replacement and was told had to wait another 3 weeks for it which is completely unacceptable. When speaking to customer service was shocked to discover I was speaking to the actual manager. Non apologetic, very matter of fact. Never again.

Oct 14,2022I received a bed frame that was poor quality for the price and also arrived scratched and one part that was cracked. The laminate finish of the bed side table was also poor. It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve sent a request for the replacement parts and I have yet to even receive a response or acknowledgement that my issue is being looked into. Item was poor quality but the lack of response to the issue is the most concerning. I’ve sent a follow up email 10 days later, still no response…

Well packaged but instructions to assemble not entirely clear, it would have been helpful if the pieces were numbered along with the item list and clearly identified, so that you knew what piece went where. Got there eventually Product looks great!!

Only issue is getting the drawers absolutely square but at least the fittings provided allow the drawer bases to be solidly located once squared up, other drawer units I've assembled have not actually had any such fixings so that's a positive. Excellent quality drawer runners. Cabinets very solid once fully assembled.
