Sep 09,2022ORDERING. so simple, just put my order in and received an email confirming my order, then received emails for delivery and the order arrived as said. The delivery HULK put the order where we wanted it, so helpful, so polite.

However, terrible organisation spending over £400 just to be given a tracking and then be told the driver has left your order in the yard. I guess I'll wait another week and in the hopes they don't forget my fireworks again. Fair enough the gentlemen called me to inform this has happened but sorry will not cut it.

Sep 08,2022This is the 3rd year that we have purchased from Galactic Fireworks. Excellent products at a good price and good service. We have a neighbourhood bonfire and fireworks display for Guy Fawkes night also with neighbours invited friends. People are still talking about last years event and want to know if we are doing it again this year!

The fireworks are always first class and the customer service was awesome when I did have an issue, ( the issue was with an independent delivery service) this was rectified and re delivery was sorted for the next day.
