Oct 19,2024Great website, great prices, v efficient delivery. What more do I need to say? We ordered the fireworks on Tuesday evening and the fireworks were delivered to us, in Scotland, by 9am on Saturday. I have not actually lit the fireworks, but the process so far has been first class.

Great prices, excellent website full of information and about the fireworks, with videos, to make sure you're confident you know what you want to buy. And even if you're still unsure, and their customer service is the best customer service I've ever received. Very welcoming and helpful people. The tracking and live delivery updates are spot on. Pretty much down to the minute. I'm a returning customer and Galactic will always be my go to as I can purchase with complete confidence

Oct 18,2024Called into the Dinnington store today to collect an order I had placed online. Got updated when it was at the store and ready to collect. Went in, didn’t catch the guys name but he was very pleasant and got my order out within the minute. Even got a couple of extra bits while I was there. Been going to galactic for 5 years now and would not go anywhere else tbh, quality is not beatable and the range that they have on offer. I managed to get there last thriller on sale in my pickup order which was a bonus. Thanks team galactic, tops lads!

Oct 18,2024ordered last week, arrived today 17th in great condition at chosen location. i was not in a rush for delivery as i have read if you want it earlier give them a message. ordered to family house for diwali at the end of month, was informed by family delivery went well and everything was there nothing damaged or broken. great service when i called in to ask questions as i dident want to wait for a reply on the site chat. cant wait to use them on the day. thank you. prices was better than other sites i looked at and they have a decent social media, nice youtube vids too. ty again

Amazing prices, easy to navigate website full of information about the fireworks to make sure you're confident you know what you want to buy. And even if you're still unsure? That's where their customer service comes into place it is definitely some of the best customer service I've ever received, very welcoming and helpful people. I have yet to receive my fireworks, so I'll update this after bonfire night. Just by the service provided already this is definitely going to be my go to place for fireworks.

The variety of fireworks is amazing with a decent affordable range for the back garden and little children brigade. After ordering they kept in touch about delivery dates and times and actually delivered the order themselves. Overall a great buying experience.
