If I could give a negative review I would!!!! Biggest waste of time trying to deal with them. Ended up asking for a refund and would not recommend them to anyone !!!
We have had a great experience with Gallant. Setting up the banking collection with our vet appointment was easy. Costumer Service was fantastic. It is such a relief knowing that we have this safety and protection for the future.

This process from beginning to end has been a very well organized program as seen through the eyes of a concerned pet parent. Once the program is paid, Gallant goes to work. The Gallant team's schedule is quite knowledgable and answers all of your questions. The promotional material via speaking to a live person has been remarkable. Hard copies of detailed information was provided, again, via concerned made our decision even more quickly, The incentive to possibly extend our furbaby's life, and generate newer cells is a gift to your pet's health for you and your pet who has been a family member for years.

While I very much appreciate Gallant’s service of banking our pup’s stem cells for possible future use, the company needs better execution & communication. Our vet knew absolutely nothing about Gallant; I had to print off pages from their website & educate him. Gallant promises to communicate with its customers every step of the way, from sign-up through confirmed cell banking, yet I had to initiate that communication with the company, not the (preferred) other way around. Did the courier pick up my pup’s reproductive tissue? They were supposed to have emailed me; I had to ask. Did it arrive at Gallant? They were supposed to have emailed me; I had to ask. Were there enough usable stem cells for banking? They were supposed to have emailed me; I had to ask. Were the cells harvested and cryopreserved? They were supposed to have emailed me; I had to ask. Gallant needs to improve in these areas. The company sends you a certificate once you PAY for their service, and sends a gift. Great, but I would rather have a certificate at the END of the process that confirms my pup’s stem cells are cryopreserved on X date and in X vat. So while I am grateful to Gallant, they need to up their game in education, execution and customer communication. I wish them good luck!
Gallant was great to work with very helpful did exactly what they said they would do all we did was take our dog in to be fixed they did the rest,they contacted our vet sent the kit to them and picked it up right after surgery then emailed us to let us know they had it and everything was good.

Great experience! Truthfully I'd never heard of banking stem cells for dogs before Gallant, but after reading up on it I realized what an untapped resource it was. I hope we never have to use them, but it give me peace of mind to know that they're there, just in case.
When I contacted you by phone someone was there to answer all of my questions. They were not pushy sales people. They allowed me time to do additional research & speak to my veterinarian.
