We are a well-established, trustworthy, reliable Garden Room business, with over 25 years of experience. We can provide you with a completely bespoke garden space, designed and built to suit your every need.
We provide a complete installation service from design of the Garden Room 365, to construction. All of the works are carried out “in-house”, so there are no outsourced subcontractors.
We provide a bespoke service that is uniquely catered to your needs and wants. Garden rooms 365 can offer planning applications where necessary, but in most Garden Room builds, this is unlikely to be required as most outbuildings are within permitted developments. We also carry out site and electrical surveys.

The team were tidy, polite and no part day of which you get with some builders. No hidden extras, and great after sales service. It can be worrying spending good morning, however no stress was needed. We are extremely happy with our finished job.

Jun 18,2024I type this review sitting in my recently finished Garden Room, supplied by GardenRooms365. I’m not really sure how best to start, but since the building has finished, my family must be considering reporting me missing – as I’m in here all the time. It genuinely does not feel like I’m sitting in a room at the end of the garden, as the quality of finish from Mark and his team means that it feels like I’m sitting in a fully functional extension of our home. We loved the guys, they were a pleasure to have on site, and although we had no issues whatsoever – Mark is the kind of guy that will not see a job finished until he sees you satisfied. Well built and insulated Garden Rooms can be expensive, however rest assured on my part – now the room has been finished, we don’t have any regrets over the money invested. From the builders, plasterer and painter – everyone delivered to our satisfaction and beyond. It’s worth noting that Gardenrooms365 also laid down new decking for us, which again is faultless. Thank you to all involved, you were a pleasure to have on-site and we are thrilled with the results. If we hear of anyone needing a Garden Room we will be quick to recommend Gardenrooms365 for sure. Tradespeople were courteous and unobtrusive, and all put in a proper shift. Up front costing was clear, with no hidden extras and overall cost competitive. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mark (the owner) and his team.

Jan 03,2024GR365 (GR365) built our new garden gym and did an amazing job. The quality was beyond what we expected. The owner Mark and his whole team were great to work with, and very professional. There were several trades involved in the overall construction and GR365 made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the timeframe that Mark initially gave to us. GR365 was able to work with us on sticking with our budget and providing us suggestions and options. Summarising I cannot recommend this business enough. The staff is not only friendly but also extremely skilled and the the pricing is fair and transparent, offering great value for money.

The finished room is exactly what we were after, the process was easy and we felt we were really able to build exactly what we wanted for the space. If you have yet to speak to them just have an initial conversation, the quality of service compared to other garden room companies that we spoke to is night and day. Every single person who came to the site was fantastic and professional, whenever we had questions or queries they were incredibly accommodating of that. Mark was great with communication and nothing was ever a problem, always happy to talk through any questions or requests. From the first meeting with Mark, the schedule was always kept to date. Steve and Joe were the main builders on our project; they were always very punctual, polite and trustworthy. Mark was very helpful with choosing the design and materials, and ensured the cost breakdown was clear and the final price very competitive. There were no hidden extras unlike other companies. The build took two weeks with no gaps. Steve and Joe were on-site every day, very polite and helpful, excellent workmanship, addressed any concerns, kept the garden tidy and ensured disruption was minimal. They were ably supported by John and Lee with windows and electricals. The finished build looks fantastic. Highly recommend them.

May 01,2023I have hired quite a few tradesmen over my time, and I have never had a company so professional carry out work for us. Every single one of the staff that worked on our garden room were all so friendly, approachable, professional, worked hard, never slacked, clean, courteous, tidy and perfectionists. It made the whole process so peaceful knowing it was in good hands. Steve and John were there every day and fantastic. Not only was this company amazing but their price was fantastic as well. We had about 4 quotes and the price from garden rooms wasn’t the cheapest (about £1000 more so not even a lot more expensive and we had selected more costly features which others couldn’t provide) we then received further quotes from companies who couldn’t even get near this price garden rooms gave us. I would recommend garden rooms 365 in a heartbeat to anyone looking to get a garden room added to their garden. The finished room looks incredible and mark has been fantastic in understand what we wanted and brought our vision to fruition. Thank you all so much for the work you have done, 100% when we can we will be using you again no questions asked!

The end product was stunning, exceeding expectation, oozing quality and style throughout. It was a triumph and me and my wife are delighted with the finished item. If you want a stunning garden room that is ready to move into, completely decorated, cabled, heated/cooled hassle free, these are the people you want! They live and breathe these products. There certainly were some challenges with our limited space but Mark's team overcame and nothing was too much trouble. I now have a new garden office which I am loving being in 👍😊

Mark was very insightful and helpful in helping us choose what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and all appointments kept and on time. The boys were a pleasure to have in the garden. They were polite, tidy and friendly. Special mention to Steve and joe who were excellent, such nice blokes. They checked in with us at every stage to make sure we were happy. We are over the moon with our garden room that will soon become a functional gym and office. Couldn’t believe how quick it all came together but still to the highest standards. Will definitely recommend to anyone that is need of a garden room.

Sep 03,2024We had a ‘garden gym’ built for us in July 2024. From design to completion the service was excellent and the end result is incredible. Like all building projects, there were little snags to be finished off at the end, but what stood out for us was that everything was dealt with quickly and without fuss. I really couldn’t ask for more.
