I looked long and hard for a decent quality, sturdy hat box and was very pleased to find this one at such a good price and with free delivery too! Fabulous and with Grace Shelby's name on top I shouldn't have anyone mess with me either!

Mar 19,2024I have been pleased with the quality of the clothing Garrison Tailors produce. However, in my experience it is almost impossible to get in touch with them if you have an enquiry. They do eventually answer emails but they take a while.

I had a little problem with getting my order through and I was so happy to receive an email asking about my order very helpful but what made my day was it ended with by the order of the Peaky Blinders. Jan 13,2024Good swift service. Fine clothing. Good customer communication. Although, you have to pay for the return postage. As they don't offer a free returns service, if any of their products don't fit or are the wrong size. Which is unusual for an online clothing company.

Jan 11,2024After recently ordering a suit from Garrison Tailors via their online shop, I can only say just how impressed I am with the quality of their clothing and their customer service. However, I ordered the wrong size in trousers which was no fault of theirs. Tom at customer services was able to take an exchange and ship the correct size to me quickly. Tom also took back a coat for refund as unfortunately, it just wasn't for me. This was also handled promtly and fairly. His communication has been very professional and impartial. My only gripe is that I couldn't buy more items as they were not in stock, and there was unfortunately no indication of a timeframe for stock to become available. I would love a 1919 overcoat in my size, but I guess that I'm out straight out of luck. I hope that I will be able to buy one sometime soon. Please keep making these🤞
