The app itself is a little outdated but that does not keep it from doing the job its designed to do. The customer service as well is superb. I actually felt like me and my family's welfare was a priority with the consultant I spoke too. This is a genuinely great tool backed by genuinely decent people to help families distressed by developmental delays which are especially pronounced during the ongoing circumstances.

I recently scheduled a call with a Gemiini specialist. The person I spoke to was very nice and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of useful tips and information. I love that you can speak with someone anytime you need help or have questions. My experience with Gemiini Systems has been wonderful. I highly recommend it. The program is great and the staff is very supportive!

I had a phone call from Valerie , Gemiini advisor. She gave me great tips to help my son with his speech but above she gave me hope. She was so kind and with easy steps to follow I could see Andrew progressing. I could not recommend this service more.

I spoke to Valerie tonight and she was absolutely wonderful! Her knowledge of the program was very helpful and I will be utilizing her suggestions. She helped me navigate through the different sections/videos, and I now have a better understanding on how to utilize all of the tools Gemini offers. I’ve only been using the program for 2 weeks with me daughter and I highly recommend it.
