Mar 14,2023I had the most amazing few months with GenovaStanze! My room was extremely spacious and had everything I needed (the balcony and view were a definite plus!). The house itself was also perfect, it was definitely affordable and worth the money and it was really fun living with my housemates! Communication with Pierpaolo and Lorenzo was always super easy and quick, any issues or questions were always dealt with ASAP. They’re also both very professional and very easy to get along with so if you have any worries you know they’ll always be there to help!!😊 Really can’t fault anything, I had the most incredible time! I would highly recommend GenovaStanze to anyone looking to spend an extended period of time in Genova and would definitely recommend them to students as well!!😊

Jan 14,2023If you are a foreigner and moving to Genova for the first time, GenovaStanze is best option for you. You can see the place online and sign contract without any fear of scams. I lived at the house of GenovaStanze for a year and a half year and is completely happy with my experience. Pierpaolo and Lorenzo are very friendly and helpful. They have houses mostly in the city center (very near to university campuses). Overall, it is worth it.

Dec 20,2022Genova Stanze offre delle soluzioni abitative per lavoratori e studenti di ottimo livello. Gli alloggi che ho avuto modo di utilizzare sono sempre scelti con un'ottima posizione geografica. In ogni appartamento/stanza troverete tutto l'indispensabile per poter vivere fuori casa e dei nuovi compagni, ben selezionati. I gestori sono sempre presenti, dal contratto sino alla piccola manutenzione ordinaria. Sono persone altamente affidabili in ogni circostanza anche in caso di disservizi che si possono presentare durante il soggiorno. Decisamente RACCOMANDATO per studenti e lavoratori trasfertisti!

Sep 30,2022Sono stata 3 anni in una stanza di GenovaStanze come studentessa fuorisede e non avrei potuto trovarmi meglio. Le camere sono spaziose e ben organizzate, cosi come gli spazi comuni. Qualsiasi problema sorga in casa viene risolto in breve tempo dai gestori. Nel mio caso poi, si è creata una vera e propria famiglia con gli altri inquilini!
