Nov 05,2020My extremely dental phobic daughter visited today and to say that she was a different girl when she came out was an understatement. She said that the lady was lovely and that she would be happy to go regularly for her check ups. This coming from a girl who would not step foot in a dentist without tears and tantrums leaving her with really awful anxiety. Thank you Gentle Dental!!

Aug 17,2020The whole team are fantastic, with Mish and Victoria really looking after my Mother who was in a lot of pain. they really are Gentle and caring, talked us through every step of the process and ad a real discussion about best options for treatment allowing her to feel in charge of her care throughout. I would recommend them to anyone.

Aug 17,2020I do want to say that on google and your website it does say your open on saturday. My daughter was suffering with severe pain and i called and left messages and emails but no reply so turned to 111 who werent much help. Pls update your info

Jun 18,2020I can not recommend Gentle Dental enough, I have never felt in such safe & honest hands, I genuinely feel they have gone above and beyond for me, I have now moved to Hove in East Sussex but travel back to Gentle Dental still for my dentist appointments, I think that says it all!

May 14,2020Having suffered from poor treatment by another local practice, I felt very apprehensive when I first visited Gentle Dental Care. Following their initial examination, I received multiple choice programs from remedial work through to teeth implants. As I wished to avoid the need to wear dentures, I chose implants as a long-term solution and decided on a full plate implant. The work was undertaken by Dr Mishal (Mish) Sachdev whom I found to be very professional. The preparation work was not the most comfortable experience, but it was carried out with the upmost consideration for my comfort and wellbeing, and I have nothing but praise for the outcome and the ongoing after care that I am receiving. Mish has also helped me during the coronavirus “shut down” when I was suffering from an abyss, by arranging for me to receive anti-biotics. Gentle Dental Care opened my eyes to the many treatments on offer which I had never considered, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

May 03,2020I cannot thank Dr Mishal Sachdev enough for his help. During lockdown I developed an abscess on a tooth, I was in pain and had struggled to get good advice. We found the Gentle Dental Care website and clicked on the link to video chat. We booked a 8am appointment on a Sunday morning. We were called on time, it was so good to talk to someone who was willing to take the time to listen, explain the options and follow up to see that I was ok. Mich even spoke directly to the pharmacy to help us arrange the delivery of the antibiotics. Just amazing service that I’d recommend to everyone.

Apr 29,2020During the lockdown, I had a toothache and wasn't sure what could be done at this time. I received a callback within an hour from Dr Mishal who gave me advice over the phone and also an email. He was very helpful and I will update him on any changes. I will definitely recommend.

Apr 24,2020An amazing dentist providing an amazing service during Lockdown! I had some concerns with my teeth/gums and booked in for a free consultation at a time of my choice. Dr Mish promptly called me and gave me some really useful advice and a treatment plan to do at home. We spoke at length and he encouraged me to provide weekly updates of my progress. I received my second call yesterday. Treatment has started to work!

Apr 23,2020During this lockdown I started to get very painful toothache/infection at just the wrong time! Doctor Mish called me as a result of me calling my local dental practice in another part of Croydon, after being answered initially by a receptionist covering all local practices who placed the call. He phoned me the next day and prescribed Amocycillin. His action, kelp and advice has been fantastic and the anti-biotics, the prescription for which was sent electronically through to a local pharmacy for me to collect the same day has enabled me to get through each day with a lot less pain and hopefully this will remain the case until I can see a dentist. I cannot thank him enough for his quick response and am more than happy to give his care five stars and recommend both Doctor Mish and the Gentle Dental Care Group to absolutely everyone!

Apr 10,2020I was suffering from the most severe toothache and discomfort prior to the Bank Holiday so wasn’t expecting much of a response all considered. However, Dr Mishal called me promptly the following morning, provided a thorough consultation and solution to my issue, and was easily accessible all throughout. Could not recommend this Dental Practice highly enough. Outstanding service!!!

Mar 25,2020I have received fantastic service and care at Gental Dental! I have been a patient for Invisalign at the practice and I have had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Avi and Paulina. They are both very friendly, professional and lovely people! I often struggle to find appointments due to my working hours but they always move things around/come in early/stay late to see me! I would strongly recommend to everyone who is considering going here!

Mar 18,2020Like many others a trip to the dentist isn’t a particularly enjoyable experience for me from past experiences. However my opinion has really changed since becoming a patient of this practice. I saw Dr Avi Who was fantastic, patient and kind. He made sure I was comfortable after letting him know I was a nervous patient and really took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and concise way. I can honestly say all my previous reservations about going to the dentist are gone. Thank you for the brilliant service.

Dec 15,2020This is the first time I have been to this practise and I would like to say how calming and relaxing the place was. I was greeted with a very nice receptionist Georgina, told to sit in the waiting room where there was lovely music. I saw Mish and was given an assessment and had a 3D X-ray. We looked at the X-ray and he explained what he would be doing. I then had two sessions of 90 minutes. I didn’t feel any pain from the injections or the treatment. There was a tv on the ceiling with calming scenes of water. His assistant Dominica who was lovely, they both made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She then explained how to keep my teeth and gums clean using TePe’S and how to use the electric brush. Since my treatment I have notice a big difference in my gums, but you must put effort into looking after your teeth and gums. I would thoroughly recommend this practise. Sharon S.
