Ordered online 13.04.23 and chose normal delivery. It was dispatched yesterday afternoon minutes after it was purchased and arrived today just after lunch o 14.04.23. In perfect condition. Will be using them again.

We ordered from this company on 13/02. It arrived at DHL on 14/02. Unfortunately it stayed there despite daily promises of ‘will deliver tomorrow’. We contacted GG about non-delivery. The phone was answered immediately and their response was perfect. Ongoing communication over several days before sending a duplicate order for next day delivery. Our parcel was delivered early this morning. Many thanks to Shani. Great customer service and amazing prices. Would DEFINITELY recommend and return for future purchases.

Ordered a Kitchenaid attachment to do some weekend baking. Price was excellent and it came with a Kitchenaid cookbook. Paid a little extra for Next Day Delivery (and ordered well before the 3pm cutoff on Thursday). Next day (Friday), nothing from DHL until 10pm when I got a message informing me that my order was unable to be delivered and to expect it on the next working day. This was going to be Monday, after the weekend I had planned to do some baking with my family. I contacted Gerald Giles who replied pretty quickly and apologised. They also refunded the extra Next Day delivery charge. The order did indeed arrive on Monday and I was very pleased with it. I guess the lessons here are that Gerald Giles takes its business very seriously and that delivery companies aren't coping 100% with our increased demand on them.
I ordered a Dyson at 1pm and it was delivered the next day! I had selected the free delivery option which is noted as 3-5 days so very pleased with the service. Highly recommend.
I have never heard about this company but I took the risk and decide to purchase my dream planetary mixer as they had it in perfect price. Contact with sale centre was brilliant same as dispatch. I am more than sure I’ll be a returning customer.

Gerald Giles has been let down by its Courier Company APC and attracted this poor review. I missed a delivery Monday. I had received NO notification that it was coming so that I could make arrangements. The delivery was then arranged for Tuesday 9.11.21 No time frame was given. I waited in all day at considerable inconvenience to work and family commitments. In the afternoon I started chasing up Gerald Giles as APC had no functioning tracking system and there was no communication from them. In fairness to Gerald Giles they have promised to refund me. They have lost my business and good will until they address the delivery side of their business which has been neglected and is abysmal. There is NO tracking system, no text, no communication and no advance notification of a delivery. Do they really expect people to wait in 12 hours? Really impressed with how effortless and efficient it has been to order from Gerald Giles. Their pricing is also reasonable. I received updates about my order soon as I placed it and communication was constant. My package arrived swiftly, within two days, and everything was in good order. Really pleased and impressed and planning to make future purchases given their great service.
Far Exceeded expectations. I telephoned to see whether they had any Dyson fans in stock. They had just received a delivery but only had four left. I was encouraged to order one quickly which I did. I was told the courier collects the deliveries at 2:30 pm. I ordered the fan at 2:15 pm on Thursday afternoon and it was still sent out on the same day. It arrived in Chelmsford the following morning. It wasn’t anticipated to arrive until Monday so that was a huge bonus. Alex and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend this business and I will definitely be using them in the future. If only all companies with this helpful and efficient. Thanks Gerald Giles!
I made a mistake with my online order, they phoned me as soon as they were open to rectify the issue without my intervention and refunded the difference. Superb friendly customer services, well done and thank you

Jun 12,2023We have always had excellent customer service from Snellings / Gerald Giles and when we needed a new Bosch fridge freezer, as our 15yr old Bosch was struggling on very hot days, we chose Snellings to supply it. The model we wanted was available to order and came with free installation and recycling. We were kept fully updated re delivery and I cannot praise the Snellings delivery team enough for the care in handling and the excellent customer service. Our old unit and the new Fridge Freezer are big and awkward to handle but the Snellings team took the utmost care and used 'sliders' to ensure no damage to our kitchen floor. We are very pleased with the new Bosch Fridge Freezer and can thoroughly recommend Snellings / Gerald Giles.
