It was very reassuring to know that GetCapital was concerned with the health of my business. I appreciated that the staff contacted me directly to learn more about the company's financial position and activities to gain a more nuanced understanding of the business than could be achieved simply be reviewing the formal documentation. I believe that this approach is mutually beneficial, and I have assumed that it probably underpins a considered approach taken by GetCapital to managing lending risk. In my opinion this approach works in the favour of small business owners, and I'm certain that it also assists GetCapital to take more informed decisions about potential borrowers than their competitors. I found staff on the phone to be extremely polite and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with the company.
