Disclosed purpose of loan on application, the went through the process and then said we can’t lend for that purpose, credit history not a problem. Now I have reference on my credit history I need to explain. Had they said no from the start this wouldn’t have been a problem

Don’t show vulnerability, this business will make assumptions, look at half the info (bank over slowest period in seasonal business) left with worse situation when what I need is far from unreasonable. Have lodged complaint with AFCA cannot believe how in humane you treat people, give and take blow me off!

Prompt service, a couple of phones calls that didn't really need to be made. An expensive form of finance but increased repayment terms makes life easier.
