May 14,2024I came across GF Financial and Gerard as one of my colleagues posted about her positive mortgage experience with him. I have talked to other mortgage brokers, but Gerard was exceptional. He's the kind of person who makes everything simple and clear, and he got us a great rate. But the experience didn't stop there because our process was delayed a bit (due to being on a chain); he approached us to inform us there was a new better rate and got us an even better rate. I already recommended him to all my friends. If you're after a smooth mortgage process, I highly recommend going with Gerard.
