From the attitude of their professional salesperson to the way they adhere to their policies, everything depicts the level of professionalism. When I placed my order, they immediately assigned their best ghostwriters. She kept me well informed, and I'm astonished by their level of professionalism. They even helped me design the book cover, which was phenomenal! Kudos!

I never thought I’d be able to become a published author but thanks too ghost book authors I am! They have constant communication with you and keep you updated on everything.

Nov 04,2022My experience with Ghost Book Authors has been nothing less than exceptional. They are an extremely honest, professional, efficient, hard-working and loyal team to work with. The process of sending a manuscript, getting an itemized invoice, to the editing and publishing process was very fluid, consistent, candid and trusted. I was kept abreast and informed throughout the entire process. It happened more quickly and less expensive than I thought it would. They were also very educational in answering any questions I had and patient with me, a first time author. I felt in control of my book and it’s content the entire time. They maintain continual communication in staying in touch with you- holding your hand throughout the process and their customer service is top notch. You can’t find a more streamlined process or a more excellent or accommodating, efficient team to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jan 18,2024Writing a book, never mind the publishing process, was completely new for me, and I had no idea where to start. I felt comfortable with the intake process and the assigned project manager, Monica. I submitted an unformatted, scattered font, word draft, compete with punctuation and spelling mistakes. In hindsight, I would have spent more time cleaning up my draft before sending it on to their team, but the team of editors and especially my Project Manager, Monica were excellent, and patient with me during the process of cleaning up my messy manuscript. I wouldn’t pick Christmas and New year season to submit a manuscript, as it took a litter longer than I expected to get from start to finish. I sent in a real rough concept drawing of what I wanted the book cover to look like, and their team definitely delivered with amazing rendition of my vision for the final book cover. I am really grateful I had their assistance and dedication through the publication process, that is something I would not have been able to do on my own. I have more projects in progress and will choose Ghost Book Authors again.
