I sent my friend a card and he told me he could not activate it from the SMS link. I even tried to assist him with the process, the numbers he provided from the card weren't correct. I would like a full refund because this is ridiculous. I am never using this website again.

Ordered 24hrs ago and has yet to process. Called customer service but couldn't reach anyone bc I don't have the number on the gift card that I've yet to receive Update: it has now been almost 4 days since I ordered a digital (text) delivery $100 gift card and it still says it will be processed shortly. I have submitted my order info as requested and still no movement.

I never received my gift card after paying for it and still not have yet to receive it. Also, when I try to put in my email address for the gift card it’s saying that it’s invalid. Have not received a response yet.

Update , I bought it at 6 pm 08/11/24 so is almost 2 days waiting. and still do not receive the card . I create a ticket , they change it to resolve but no delivery of the gift card on email or phone , same answer all the time , ( we will contact you ) and nothing . No resolution

Everything was easy I sent the card to myself because I couldn't use my own due to a glitch on an app I use but I haven't received the card yet to the email I entered so I had to 4 star it till then

I sent a gift card via e-mail. You advertise that the recipient will receive the gift card within 15 minutes. It is 10 hours and he has not received it yet.

Warning: Do Not Use Giftcards.com – They Do Not Care About Your Security! I am extremely disappointed with Giftcards.com and strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. They have shown absolutely no regard for customer service or security. Hackers were able to gain access to my account, steal all my personal details, and Giftcards.com did nothing to protect or assist me. It’s clear that this company exists just to make it easier for hackers to obtain your sensitive information. If you value your security and privacy, do not use Giftcards.com. This company is a complete nightmare for anyone concerned about online safety! First Edit from original: You cannot make this up. So, the company reached out to me, see below, when you read below you will see that sure, they sounded professional wanting to fix the issue, well I wished this was the same way the email response was, honestly, I would have preferred them to just tell me to go away, it would have been more to the point. Here is the email, case number retracted for privacy reasons for their sake, NOTHING ELSE: Yes this is the email, I am not joking: "Case Resolved Subject: Urgent: Unauthorized Order - Possible Account Hack "Hello, We have resolved your case CSXXXXXXXX. Please see the comments for your resolution. Resolution Notes: We are sorry for any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate the feedback. We'll consider it. Thank you for the opportunity to assist you!" I love the "We'll consider it." Like customer security is a second thought. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

Gift card was delivered almost immediately, and was able to be redeemed within less than 5 minutes from when it was purchased.

I usually really enjoy getting these digital gift cards as gifts or for myself if they are on sale, however, I purchased one for Joann’s and the order didn’t go through and now the card has a $0 balance even though I wasn’t able to purchase anything! Pretty disappointed. I would like to add they tried to reach out and amend the situation which was very nice! I purchased 2 gift cards at this time one for Joann Fabrics and one for Bath and Body works. I was only having issues with the Joann’s gift card. Yet, when trying to amend the issue they deactivated and refunded my B&BW gift card (embarrassing when trying to use in store). So now both cards have a $0 balance and no purchases made! already reached out to the support and there was nothing they could do! They suggested reaching out to the company 😬 yikes. I don’t usually ever leave negative reviews, but I feel like it should be noted.
