We have over 20yrs of experience of selling Gifts and Furniture direct to the public; we import everything direct and cut out the middlemen so we can offer you Gifts and Furniture at the best prices. We pride ourselves at Gift Company that we have a fantastic range not only of gifts but quality oak and pine furniture at excellent prices, we have priced our Salisbury Oak Furniture range to be the cheapest in the UK. All of our wood furniture ranges are crafted from Sustainable Wood from Vietnam and China.

Feb 03,2024Ordered in the wrong clock, wouldn’t sell display to make up for my 2 hour journey, offered to order the correct clock and call me within 2 weeks, it’s now been 4 weeks and not had a call. They don’t answer the phone when you call either. Poor service

Jan 02,2024I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to on this occasion, I recently received a gift which was purchased from the gift company, unfortunately there was a minor issue. I contacted the company directly via their website and can honestly say their customer service was outstanding considering that I did not personally purchase the item from them. My point of contact was a lady called Becci who from start to finish acted quickly,professionally and went above and beyond in resolving my issue, which has proven to me although very rare these days excellent customer service still exists !!
