The company keeps providing a tracking label that shows the package hasn’t even been sent yet, but they continue to lie, claiming it was shipped and advising me to wait 24 to 48 hours. How is this possible when I specifically paid for 2-day shipping? This has been a frustrating experience, and I regret not reading reviews sooner. Many others have faced similar issues, and I wish I had listened to them. Now, I am forced to fight for a refund, involving my bank and pursuing further actions. Do yourself a favor—avoid this company at all costs. I’ll never trust them again.

Jan 04,2025As much as I love the website and the products are 100% authentic, if you end up losing one item or they overlook to put one of your perfumes in the shipment, you will have a very hard time to have their attention and they will not look into your issue. If you don’t lose anything, perfect - 5 stars, otherwise a terrible experience
