Dec 16,2024I placed an order with this company and paid for my purchase in advance. because I needed this gift for a very special event that is on christmas day. the company sent me the wrong item and I immediately contacted the company to send a replacement and I would return the wrong item back to them. the company told me that until they received the wrong item they would not be sending out the correct item that they made the mistake on. they made no effort to try and get the correct item to me . I sent them pictures of everything that they requested but they just kept ignoring my complaint. they advertise the correct item you are looking for but they ship out worthless substitutes for the item ordered I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company because if you have any kind of issue with an order it will not be resolved

Dec 16,2024Itâs been 8 days since I ordered from them and my package still hasnât shipped. I do not know what the problem is or why it hasnât shipped. The prices are amazing and the selection is wonderful. Iâm just really confused why itâs still not shipped. The site says everything is shipped in 3-5 days. Iâm hoping itâs because of the holidays.

Dec 16,2024usually with fragrances, most people/companies will make sure to tightly package everything together to ensure that everything isnât just getting knocked around constantly during shipping. not sure if itâs a one time thing but giftexpress didnât do that with my order that had 5 fragrances in it. the result: one of those fragrances exploded and got most of the packaging wet. luckily, it didnât ruin the other fragrances or boxes so not entirely a loss. but i did try to message them through email about it and a week later, no reply back. they donât even have any sort of option on their website to report damaged goods or shipping problems like this. their prices are cheap, the fragrances are legit, the shipping quality and time is less than desirable and their customer service is basically non existent. iâm not going to be ordering from this website again even if they do replace or refund me for the broken fragrance after this review. itâs not hard to do any of the things that went wrong right
