Ho effettuato un’acquisto on Line l’anno scorso, poiché dopo pochi giorni non ero soddisfatta o chiesto il rimborso della parte restante (si tratta di più di 100 euro), ma contro la normativa sugli acquisti in Line e le regole sul recesso, mi hanno risposto che non mi avrebbero restituito un bel niente.
