Jan 21,2024I ordered some items for my bridesmaid proposals and annoyingly got a 10% off email the next day. I requested for the 10% off to be deducted from my order and Georgie happily applied it. The order came quicker than expected and I absolutely loveeeeeed the packaging. An overall great experience and I would order/recommend Gigi and Olive :)

It came really well packaged, lovely designs and well protected. I love it so much and has made for some great first Christmas photos! Thank you so much.

Nov 09,2023I ordered a few items from Gigi & Olive for my Bridal party, I soon realised that I didn’t look properly at the turn around time for personalised items and thought the items wouldnt arrive in time. I contacted Gigi & olive straight away to ask if there was anything they could do and they responded so quickly and arranged a rushed order service for me so my items would arrive in time! The customer service was amazing and it seemed like it was no trouble to them even though it must have been quite annoying! I can’t thank them enough for doing that as it meant my Bridesmaids gifts arrived in time and I had the perfect Bridal shower!

Oct 11,2023Georgie was super helpful in making sure everything arrived on time. The packaging for the bridesmaid boxes is stunning, as is the inside. The wedding planner is also beautiful and incredibly fun and useful to go through - definitely something I'll treasure forever.

They made sure everything I ordered was exactly right before making it, and even helped me express ship all of it to ensure it arrived on time. I cannot express how impressed I am with the quality and service provided. I am at a loss for words at how wonderful these two items are and how much they already mean to me. This company made my big day coming up, so much more magical with them!!

They arrived in beautiful packaging. The quality and delicacy of the bracelets are gorgeous and so feminine. I love them so much! Jan 23,2024I bought a veil from Gigi & Olive in November, but upon receiving my dress recently realised the veil was too white. I contacted G&O to ask their advice about potentially dying it, however, they told me to send it back and they made a new veil in ivory for me which has just arrived! I’m thrilled with the quality of the item and the customer service that I received! 10/10 would recommend!
