Nov 10,2014The order arrived in a timely manner, however the model kit was dispatched in a simple Jiffy bag, and when it arrived the box had been crushed to half its original depth resulting in many parts being broken inside. However, customer service arranged for a new item to be sent out and packaged in a box to prevent damage, so all is good.
